When I click on my Sharepoint icon in my products page, it resolves to this URL:

https://m365.cloud.microsoft/launch/sharepoint

and gives me this message...

This page isn’t working

m365.cloud.microsoft redirected you too many times.

How can I get to my Sharepoint?

    Dear @Robert Hilke,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft 365 Q&A forum community support team. I understand how frustrating it is to be blocked from accessing your files when the SharePoint icon leads to a redirection loop. This "too many redirects" error typically occurs when there is a conflict between your browser’s cached data and the Microsoft 365 authentication service. I would be happy to help you resolve this and get you back into SharePoint.

Please try the following steps to bypass the redirection loop:

    1. Use Incognito/InPrivate Mode: Open a new InPrivate window (Ctrl+Shift+N for Edge/Chrome) and sign in at portal.office.com. If SharePoint opens here, the issue is caused by your browser's stored cookies.
    2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: In your browser settings, clear your "Browsing data" for at least the last 24 hours. Specifically, ensure that "Cookies and other site data" are selected.
    3. Direct URL Access: Instead of using the app launcher icon, try navigating directly to your organization’s SharePoint root URL: https://[yourdomain]. sharepoint.com. Replace [yourdomain] with your school or company name.
    4. Flush your local DNS cache (just in case)
    • On Windows open a Command Prompt as admin and run ipconfig /flushdns  User's image

Error when accessing OneDrive or Sharepoint - SharePoint | Microsoft Learn

Microsoft is currently transitioning several services to the cloud.microsoft domain. Occasionally, if a browser holds an old security token for the office.com or sharepoint.com domains, it creates a "loop" where the site keeps trying to verify who you are.

For further technical details on why these errors occur in Microsoft 365, you can refer to this official documentation: Reactivate your subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

I hope this helps you access your SharePoint site immediately. Please let me know if the error persists even in an InPrivate window, and I will be happy to investigate further for you.
