The main reason for this is that the gift is in such high demand, and the code will be restocked soon. However, there is no time limit for us to share with you exactly at this moment.

PVR gift cards and other specific retailer cards in Microsoft Rewards are not guaranteed to be available at all times. Some gift cards are only in the catalog intermittently, and there is no published schedule for when a particular card will be restocked. Support agents also cannot provide advance notice or timing for restocks.
The only available option is to check the Microsoft Rewards Redeem page regularly to see when the PVR gift card becomes available again and, in the meantime, consider other rewards that are currently in stock.
