To verify a Microsoft certification like Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate online, use the Microsoft Learn profile and, if needed, Microsoft Credentials support.

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn site and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to register and take the exam(s).
2. Open the Profile (top-right) and go to the Credentials or Certifications section.
3. In that section, check whether Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate appears in the list of active certifications. This is where Microsoft surfaces earned certifications and badges after exams are passed and processed.
4. If the certification or its certificate is missing even though the exam was passed, contact Microsoft Credentials support so they can check the account and certification status:
   • Use the dedicated support entry point described in the Q&A threads (for example, https://aka.ms/credentialssupport as referenced there) and submit a ticket under Product Family Learning and Service Microsoft Credentials.
5. If the exam was taken very recently, allow up to 24 hours for the result and certification to appear in the Certifications tab, as described in the certification process overview.

If the Power Platform Developer Associate certification is a prerequisite for another certification (for example, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert), ensure it shows as active in the Certifications tab; otherwise, the higher-level certification will not be granted.
