Unable to Download Microsoft Azure AZ-305 Certificate

Question

Hi Support Team,

I recently completed the Microsoft Azure AZ-305 certification exam. However, I am currently unable to download my certificate from the portal.

Could you please help me check this issue and guide me on how I can download the certificate?

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.

i have already checked the in a certification portal, i didnt get the certificate download option

Use the Certification area on Microsoft Learn rather than the old Certification Dashboard, and note that certificates are now viewed/printed instead of downloaded as separate files.

Follow these steps:

1. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to register and take the AZ‑305 exam.
2. Go to the Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab.
3. In the Credentials tab, locate the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ‑305 is one of the required exams).
4. Open the certification and use the View/Print option in the browser, then use the browser’s Print → Save as PDF to save a copy of the certificate for sharing.

If the AZ‑305 certification does not appear, or there is an error when viewing/printing it, contact Certification Support so the account and exam records can be checked and fixed:

For older guidance that still mentions the Certification Dashboard: that dashboard has been retired; certificates are now accessed and saved from the Learn profile as described above.
