Unable to Download Microsoft Azure AZ-305 Certificate

Hi Support Team,

I recently completed the Microsoft Azure AZ-305 certification exam. However, I am currently unable to download my certificate from the portal.

Could you please help me check this issue and guide me on how I can download the certificate?

    Exams are not certifications. The AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.
