We purchased 5 email accounts with Microsoft last week.

our Zoho emails are no longer working, and we therefore have NO access to our emails.

How do we log into our Microsoft emails?

    Hi @Donna Bridgeforth,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience regarding your email accounts purchased recently. I understand how urgent this situation must be, especially if you currently have no access to your emails. I’ll do my best to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.

To better understand what may have happened after purchasing the 5 Microsoft email accounts, could you please provide the following details:

    1. When you say you purchased the email accounts with Microsoft, was this through a Microsoft 365 subscription (for example Business Basic, Business Standard, etc.)?
    2. Were your previous Zoho email addresses supposed to be migrated to Microsoft 365, or were new email addresses created?
    3. What happens when you try to sign in to your Microsoft email? Do you receive any specific error message?
    4. Have you tried to sign in through Outlook on the web at outlook.office.com or Outlook desktop?
    5. Has your domain recently been moved from Zoho to Microsoft? If so, do you know if the MX records were updated?

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to better understand the context and provide more targeted support.

Thank you for your time and patience during the process. I'm looking forward to your response.
