To better understand what may have happened after purchasing the 5 Microsoft email accounts, could you please provide the following details:
- When you say you purchased the email accounts with Microsoft, was this through a Microsoft 365 subscription (for example Business Basic, Business Standard, etc.)?
- Were your previous Zoho email addresses supposed to be migrated to Microsoft 365, or were new email addresses created?
- What happens when you try to sign in to your Microsoft email? Do you receive any specific error message?
- Have you tried to sign in through Outlook on the web at outlook.office.com or Outlook desktop?
- Has your domain recently been moved from Zoho to Microsoft? If so, do you know if the MX records were updated?
