cannot activate office 2021 by telephone

i bought a licence key for office 2021 activated by telephone, i have installed office 2021, i have called the number 40212047015, but the bot keeps sending me to this link. so i cannot insert the installation id in order to get my confirmation id.

how can i get the confirmation id in order to activate office 2021?
