I cannot receive or send e-mails on my Windows account

I was on the line with geek Squad to fix my issues wioth receiveing and sending my e-mails but they were unable to fix the problem. They said it was a Mcrosoft issue. can you please help me I cannot receivee or send e-mails on my windows account george Sacco cell phone

    I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to send or receive emails on your Windows account, and that this issue was not resolved after contacting Geek Squad. 

    To help resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please confirm the following details:  

    • Which email service/account are you using? (Outlook.com, Exchange Online, a custom domain on Microsoft 365, etc.)
    • Are you accessing your email through the built‑in Windows Mail app, Outlook desktop, or a web browser?
