Microsoft Entra Account Opened With My Email

Question

Hi, I tried contacting support for this and called every phone number listed, no one can surprisingly help me.

I got this email that was attached. I thought it was phishing so I ignored it, but then I got follow up emails that the accounts were disabled

I have a catch all for my email where anything sent to the domain gets sent to my gmail. They used a fake email address to create this. I'm not sure what to do? Support told me to send it to two emails that don't exist, all the phone numbers told me support has been moved online...
