Realtek Bluetooth LEAI Driver error code 43?

My Bluetooth is suddenly not working, which is a huge problem for me considering this is my gaming PC.

In Device Manager, on my Bluetooth Driver properties window it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I've tried restarting, reinstalling Windows, updating drivers, deleting and reinstalling drivers, seemingly everything except for completely wiping everything and starting fresh, which I am reluctant to do.

Can anyone help??

Is your machine still under warranty?

If so, I’d suggest reaching out to the hardware warranty support team, since you’ve already tried a Windows reset/reinstall and the problem persists.

It’s best not to open the laptop yourself, as this could void your warranty. A licensed technician can check the device in person and provide the correct solution for the hardware issue.

    Please try a hard reset.

Click Start → Power → Shut down

    Disconnect everything

    Unplug the charger

Remove USB devices, external camera, mouse, etc.

    If the battery is removable

    Remove the battery.

Press and hold the power button for 20–30 seconds

    Reinsert the battery (if removable)

    Plug the charger back in.

Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

Have you tried completely deleting the driver?

Here are the steps to completely remove a Bluetooth driver from your computer:

Step 1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

Step 2. Select Device Manager from the menu.

Step 3. Expand the Bluetooth category. Right-click the problematic Bluetooth device (for example, Intel Wireless Bluetooth, Realtek Bluetooth Adapter, or a similar Bluetooth device) and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. Check the option Delete the driver software for this device, then click Uninstall.

Step 5. Restart the computer to allow Windows to reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically.
