Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

Once you’ve purchased Microsoft 365, the extra storage is added to your OneDrive automatically. To start protecting your files and photos, you can set it up using these steps:

    1. Go to https://onedrive.live.com and sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase Microsoft 365.
    2. After signing in, you should see your OneDrive storage available (Microsoft 365 usually includes 1 TB).
    3. On your computer, click the OneDrive cloud icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
    4. If prompted, sign in with the same Microsoft account.
    5. Follow the setup prompts and choose folders like Desktop, Documents, and Pictures to back up.

Once this is enabled, your files and photos will automatically upload to OneDrive and will be safely stored in the cloud. If you prefer to speak directly with Microsoft Support, you can also contact them here:

Or you can request support online:

    1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In search, type: Contact Support
    3. Click Get Help, then scroll down click Contact Support
    4. Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office
    5. Under Category, select Technical Support
    6. Click Confirm, then choose your preferred support option.

To speak with a real person and get help setting up Microsoft 365 and dealing with low storage and photos, contact Microsoft Support and choose chat or a call back from a support agent.

    Follow one of these options:

    1. Use the Microsoft Support site
      1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
      2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy Microsoft 365.
      3. In the help box, type something like “Chat with an agent” or “Set up Microsoft 365 and OneDrive storage”.
      4. Select Contact support or Get help when it appears.
      5. Choose Products and services, then select Microsoft 365 & Office (and OneDrive if shown).
      6. For category, choose something like Manage my subscription or Technical support.
      7. Confirm, then choose Chat with a support agent or Call me back to talk to a person.
    2. Use the Get Help app on Windows (if available)
      1. On the Windows PC, open Start and search for Get Help.
      2. Open Get Help.
      3. Type “Chat with an agent” and press Enter.
      4. Click Contact support at the bottom.
      5. Choose the product (Microsoft 365 / OneDrive) and follow the prompts.
      6. Select Chat or Call me back to reach a live agent.

    Once connected, the agent can:

    • Confirm the Microsoft 365 subscription is active.
    • Help sign in and install the Microsoft 365 apps.
    • Check OneDrive storage, explain what the low‑storage warning means, and help protect photos and files.

If there are billing or renewal issues, the same support path can also review the subscription status and charges.
