A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!
Once you’ve purchased Microsoft 365, the extra storage is added to your OneDrive automatically. To start protecting your files and photos, you can set it up using these steps:
- Go to https://onedrive.live.com and sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase Microsoft 365.
- After signing in, you should see your OneDrive storage available (Microsoft 365 usually includes 1 TB).
- On your computer, click the OneDrive cloud icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- If prompted, sign in with the same Microsoft account.
- Follow the setup prompts and choose folders like Desktop, Documents, and Pictures to back up.
Once this is enabled, your files and photos will automatically upload to OneDrive and will be safely stored in the cloud. If you prefer to speak directly with Microsoft Support, you can also contact them here:
