MS-102 Administrator certificate not received yet.

Hi Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding my certification status. I successfully passed the MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) exam on 6 March 2026. However, the certificate is still not visible in my Microsoft Learn Certification Dashboard.

Please be informed that it will not give you a standalone certificate, you will be needing to finish at least one other associate-level certification. You may choose here:

1. Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD‑102)
2. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS‑700)
3. Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC‑300)
4. Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
5. Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC‑400)

Once you're done with one of these associate cert, you'll see the Administrator Expert cert on your Learn Profile within 24-48 hours.

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. Exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile and Certification Dashboard. Since the MS-102 exam was passed on 6 March 2026 and the certificate is still not visible, the next steps are:

1. Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used and that the login account matches the one used to register for and take the exam. If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (work, school, personal), sign out and try each one when accessing the Learn profile and Certification Dashboard.
2. Check the Certifications section in the Learn profile and the Certification Dashboard to verify whether the MS-102 certification appears there.
3. If the certification is still missing after verifying the correct account and sufficient time has passed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and exam history and fix any missing credential issues.

For missing or delayed certificates, Microsoft Credentials Support is the dedicated channel to resolve account-specific problems.
