Transfer certifications to other email id

I need to transfer my certifications available in ******@techmahindra.com to the below mentioned email id.

Certifications cannot be transferred, however, Microsoft Learn profiles are self-managed and you can add email accounts yourself

Certification profiles and Microsoft accounts cannot be directly merged, but certification and training progress can be moved between Learn profiles using a work/school account as a bridge if available.

To move certifications from a work account (for example, ******@techmahindra.com) to a personal Gmail-based Learn profile, follow this process:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile that is currently associated with the work/school account (Profile B – ******@techmahindra.com).
2. In that profile, add the personal Learn profile (Profile A – the one associated with ******@gmail.com) as a linked account. This migrates certification and training progress from A to B. Wait until the green confirmation banner appears indicating the transfer is complete.
3. In Profile B, remove the personal profile (Profile A) that was just added:
   • Go to Settings → Login account Management → Linked accounts → Remove.
     The accounts are now separated, but the transferred content remains in Profile B.
4. Sign in to the preferred final Learn profile (Profile C – the Learn profile that should ultimately hold all certifications; this can be the one associated with ******@gmail.com if desired).
5. In Profile C, add Profile B (the work/school Learn profile) as a linked account. This transfers the certification and training progress from the work profile to the preferred profile.
6. (Optional) After confirming that all certifications and training records appear correctly in the preferred profile, remove the work/school profile if no longer needed.

Important notes:

• This method relies on having access to a school/work Learn profile as a bridge. If there is no access to such a profile, the transfer cannot be completed using this method, and it is necessary to continue using the profile that already contains the certifications or manage progress across multiple profiles.
• Purchases or other Microsoft account–level data outside of Learn/certifications are not merged or transferred by this process.
