This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here is allowed to remote access your PC.

If you have re-installed Windows, and that is a very old version of Windows you have installed, that is the most likely cause of the problem, the best option is to create a bootable Windows 11 USB on an empty 8GGB USB flash drive, then use that to clean install Windows 11, that should result in a stable and responsive system.

Backup your files first to avoid data loss.

    Click this link:  https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool.

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created to begin installing Windows 11

During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 11 on this PC'.

To reinstall Windows and improve performance, use an in-place upgrade on the PC itself. Remote assistance is optional; the steps below can be followed locally.

    1. Create Windows installation media
      1. On a working PC, go to the official page to Create the installation media for Windows.
      2. Download the tool and create a bootable USB drive for the correct Windows version (for example, Windows 11 or Windows 10).
    2. Start the in-place upgrade (reinstall without fully wiping data)
      1. Connect the USB installation media to the slow PC.
      2. Sign in to Windows on that PC.
      3. Open File Explorer and select the USB drive with the installation media.
      4. From the root of that drive, double-click setup.exe.
      5. When prompted, select Yes to allow the app to make changes.
      6. When the setup wizard appears, choose Change what to keep.
      7. Select one of:
        • Keep personal files and apps – keeps files, apps, and settings (best if the system is slow but still usable).
        • Keep personal files only – keeps files and settings, removes apps.
        • Keep nothing – removes everything (cleanest, but all apps and data on the system drive are lost).
      8. Select Next, then Install to begin reinstalling Windows.
      9. The PC will restart several times; do not turn it off during this process.
    3. After reinstall
      • Install all Windows Updates from Settings > Windows Update.
      • Reinstall needed apps (if removed).
      • Restore any backups if a “Keep nothing” option was used.
    4. If remote help is still needed
      • A trusted helper can use Windows Remote Assistance or Quick Assist, but only if explicitly invited from the PC. See “Solve PC problems remotely with Remote Assistance” for how to enable and use it safely.
