Hello,

In CSP model, our customer needs to purchase a 3-year Reserved Instance for the following VM:

  • SKU: Standard_NV12ads_V710_v5 - Region: West Europe - Term: 3 years

The SKU is visible and purchasable directly in the Azure portal (Reservations > Purchase Now), and also appears in the Azure Pricing Calculator.

However, it is NOT available in the Partner Center catalog (Add products > Azure > Reservations).

The NVads V710 v5 series has been Generally Available since April 2025.

When is this SKU expected to be added to the Partner Center CSP catalog?

Thanks for your help.

Standard_NV12ads_V710_v5 not appearing in the CSP Partner Center reservations catalog while being available in the Azure portal indicates that this reservation SKU is not yet exposed for purchase through CSP, even though the underlying VM SKU is generally available.

The available CSP reservation products and SKUs are controlled centrally by Microsoft and surfaced to partners via the Add products experience in Partner Center. Only items that Microsoft has enabled for CSP will appear there; other Azure reservation SKUs may remain purchasable only directly in the Azure portal under the customer’s subscription type.

The provided information does not include any schedule or commitment for when specific new reservation SKUs (such as NVads V710 v5) will be added to the CSP catalog, nor any GA-to-CSP lead time. Therefore, there is no documented date or timeframe available for when Standard_NV12ads_V710_v5 3‑year reservations in West Europe will appear in Partner Center.

For this scenario, the only supported next step is to open a support request via Partner Center so that Microsoft Partner Support can:

    1. Confirm whether this specific reservation SKU is planned for CSP availability.
    2. Provide any non-public timelines or alternatives (for example, purchasing via a different agreement type if applicable).

If the customer is using a CSP-based Azure subscription, they must wait until the SKU is enabled in the CSP catalog to purchase it through Partner Center; there is no documented partner-side workaround to force-add a reservation SKU that is not yet listed.
