I cannot access Microsoft Support.

When I try to contact support it says to contact an old CSP. I have had my subscription directly with Microsoft for months but it still shows in the support area and gives me no option to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

To make sure I fully understand what’s happening on your side and to provide the most accurate guidance. May I kindly ask for a bit more information: 

    • Could you let me know which subscription plan you’ve purchased? I’d also like to check whether you’re still able to sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center portal? 
    • Would you be able to share a screenshot of the message that appears when you try to open a support ticket?  
    • And if possible, I’d really appreciate it if you could describe your current issue in a bit more detail. The more context you can share, the better I can understand what’s going on and guide you in the right direction.
