For completed Microsoft Learn modules and learning paths, download options are limited and not all activities provide a separate, downloadable certificate.
For Microsoft credentials and exams (for example, role-based certifications like AZ-900, MS-900, etc.), certificates and badges are managed centrally under the Learn profile and Credentials area, not per individual module:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
- Go to the Credentials/Certifications area of the profile to see earned credentials.
- From there, view or print certificates and save them as PDF if needed.
If a specific module or program certificate (such as GHCP Module 2) is missing while Module 1 is visible, and the learning requirements are fully completed, this is an account/credentials issue that must be handled by support. Use the official credentials support channel so the team can check the Learn profile and fix missing or incorrect certificates:
- Go to Microsoft Credentials Support and open a support request for missing or incorrect certificates.
- Provide details of the program (GHCP), which module’s certificate is missing, and screenshots showing completion.
If the certificate is part of a special program or training delivered through an organization, and it does not appear under the Learn credentials area, that program may manage its own certificates separately. In that case, contact the program organizer or follow any program-specific instructions provided to obtain the certificate.
