How do I get my question to post to the Community after AI answers it?

Question

I posted a question and was given an answer by AI. I want to post it with additional comments.

After AI generates an answer on Microsoft Q&A, the question and the AI answer are already posted to the community. To add more information or follow up:

1. Open the question page on Microsoft Q&A.
2. To add a full answer (for example, to share results, corrections, or an alternative solution):
   • Scroll to the Your answer section.
   • Enter the additional details in the rich-web editor.
   • Optionally attach files and mention users with @.
   • Select Post your answer.
3. To add a shorter update or clarification instead of a full answer:
   • Use the Add a comment box under the question or under an existing answer.
   • Type the comment, optionally mention users with @.
   • Select Add comment.

If a post or answer seems to disappear after submitting, it may have been mistakenly flagged by the system; in similar cases moderators have restored such posts. In that situation, wait a bit and, if it still does not appear, contact moderators via a new brief post so they can review and restore it.

If the AI response doesn't answer your question then don't accept it as the answer. You can continue to add comments if you have something else to add.

If you can then remove the AI response as the answer.
