Azure Trusted Signing verification closed after 3 appeals

Question

Hello,

I attempted to complete the identity verification for Azure Trusted Signing / Artifact Signing in my Azure tenant.

Unfortunately, the verification failed and after submitting three appeals I received the following message:

"We've reviewed your appeal for verification. Based on the information you have provided to date; we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. As this is your third appeal, we have closed your application."

The problem is that the application is now permanently closed and I no longer have the option to submit new documentation.

However, I do have valid official documentation from the German tax authority (Finanzamt) confirming my registered self-employment and tax registration.

Could someone advise how I can:

• reset the verification process

• reopen the vetting case

• or create a new verification request

so that I can submit the correct documents again?
