Managing user accounts, profiles, and login credentials for MSN Partner Hub
Credential requests and account provisioning for Microsoft partner or retailer users cannot be performed here.
To obtain or update access credentials (for example, for Microsoft Services Hub or other Microsoft services), the request must go through the appropriate official support or admin channels:
- Contact the internal administrator or IT contact at Mediaworld/Media-Saturn who manages Microsoft partner or corporate accounts. They can:
- Create or update the work/school account associated with the corporate email address.
- Assign the correct roles and access in the relevant Microsoft portals.
- If an existing Microsoft account or access is unavailable or locked and the internal admin cannot resolve it, open a support request with Microsoft using the official support channels for business customers, such as the Support for Business hub or the Microsoft Support contact page, and provide company details (company name, store name/address, and corporate email) as part of the case description.
Direct changes to user identities, credentials, or access cannot be made from this forum or by community tools.
