I have multiple accounts - too many to remember. I am getting billed £25.96 every month and I want this to stop immediately. The Credit card billing info starts with Microsoft-(PII Removed) msbill.info GBR GBR 7146 - I have no idea what account this is related to and i want it to stop

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

Follow these steps to identify and stop the monthly £25.96 charge:

    1. Investigate the charge in Microsoft’s tools
      • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and use the Investigate option for unrecognized charges. This helps identify which subscription and account the charge belongs to and whether it’s a Microsoft 365 subscription or another service.
      • Guidance: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.
    2. Check for multiple Microsoft accounts
      • Because there are multiple accounts, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with each email address that might have been used.
      • For each account:
        1. Open Services & subscriptions.
        2. Look for any active subscription with a monthly amount close to £25.96.
        3. If found, select Manage and either Cancel or Turn off recurring billing for that subscription.
    3. If the subscription was purchased through a third party
      • If, when signed in, there is no matching subscription or the portal indicates the subscription was purchased through a retailer (e.g., Amazon, app store), contact that retailer directly to cancel and stop future billing. See: Check who you bought it from in the cancellation guidance.
    4. If unable to locate the subscription in any account
      • Use the guided support for subscription cancellation and billing issues: Unable to cancel your Microsoft subscription.
      • If, after investigation, the charge still cannot be tied to any Microsoft account, contact the bank or card issuer and:
        • Dispute the recurring charge as unauthorized or unidentifiable.
        • Request that they block further charges from Microsoft on that card if appropriate.
    5. Check for duplicate or overlapping charges
      • If there is concern about being charged twice or via different providers, review recent order history and bank statements as described in I’ve been charged twice to confirm whether there are multiple overlapping subscriptions.
    6. If a refund is needed
      • After identifying the subscription, use the refund process described in How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription (linked from the cancellation and billing investigation articles) if the charge qualifies.

These steps will either surface the exact Microsoft account and subscription to cancel, or provide enough information to work with Microsoft Support or the bank to stop the recurring payment.
