For Microsoft 365/Office help by phone, use Microsoft’s global customer service numbers and select the option that matches the account type.

1. Go to the global list of phone numbers here: Customer service phone numbers.
2. Select the region and then the country/region to see the correct number to call.
3. When prompted by the automated system, indicate that the issue is with Microsoft 365/Office and choose the option for technical support or billing, as needed.

If using Microsoft 365 for business and signed in as an admin, support can also be reached from the Microsoft 365 admin center via Support > Help & support, but the phone numbers themselves are kept current in the global phone numbers list.

For home users who prefer not to start with a call, the Get Help app or web experience can connect to a support agent (chat or call-back) after describing the issue.
