Hello, good day and thanks for your question. May I check and confirm if the subscription is reflecting correctly on your account when you login at account.microsoft.com/services from a browser? Please, try to logout and login again on any Microsoft 365 app (e.g from Word > click on File > Account > Sign out or Update License and see how it goes.
