Request to Cancel Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Subscription

Hello,

I am writing because I would like to cancel part of my current Microsoft 365 subscription. At the moment, my account includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business, which were purchased on November 26, 2025.

I would like to cancel the Microsoft 365 Copilot Business subscription and keep only a standard Microsoft 365 plan that allows me to continue using services such as Teams, Word, and other basic Microsoft applications.

Could you please let me know the steps required to cancel the Copilot subscription? If it would be easier to discuss this over the phone, I would also appreciate a call to help ensure the changes are made correctly.

    Thank you for reaching out regarding cancelling your Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription. According your concern, to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: 

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with the admin account for your business or with an account that has admin permissions. 
    2. Go to Billing > Your products. 
    3. Select Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription. 
    4. In the Billing settings section, select Cancel subscription. 
    5. Choose whether to cancel now or cancel before the next renewal date.

    Additionally, if your prefer phone support, I would recommend creating a support ticket to Microsoft  

    1. Sign into the Microsoft 365 admin center. 
    2. On right bottom corner click on "Help & support"

    1. Enter cancel subscription, after that choose the "Contact support".

    1. Choose Phone as your preferred support method.

    1. Fill out the required information in the form, including a description of the request.  
    2. Click on the "Contact me" button to submit your request. Which will give them a ticket number.

    1. Once your request is submitted, a support engineer will be assigned to your case and will contact your admin to provide assistance.
