Email hacked

Good day

My email was hacked, I did the basic things like changing the password, removing extensions etc. Now there is still a layover on my emails. The assistant from Microsoft said there is a technical team that needs to check this. the chat closed & i was not transferred to the technical team. How do I get hold of them?

    You can try to continue the live chat using a browser, and then mention your last ticket number to the available support agent.

    I just want to be upfront, Microsoft Support agents do not have direct access to accounts.

    Contact Microsoft Support:

    Use another personal Microsoft account you currently have access to or one you can create:

    • Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    • Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
    • At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account) you currently have access, or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
    • In Product and services, select "Other Products".
    • In Category, select "Billing and Account Profile questions".
    • Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
