hello everyone i have had a problem downloading windows updates and other updates in the image which caused me to have trouble signing in everytime. it caused me to have hz 1.000 on my monitor when it should have a lot more and i just dont know what to do. i cant even play google snake and can barely watch anything such as youtube or netflix. please someone help me resolve this issue.
