Identity Validation is stuck "In Progress"

As the title suggests...

The only solution I have is paying $29 per month to get support? Seriously ? I can't even write an email.
Otherwise, I can ask the question that concerns me only on this public forum. Great, everyone knows my account is on hold! hahaha...

I just want to know why my validation request has not progressed for +15 days and remains stuck on "In Progress".

For Artifact Signing, identity validation requests cannot be expedited and creating additional requests for the same entity doesn’t help. If validation appears stuck “In progress” for an extended period (such as 15+ days), it typically means the Microsoft validation team still cannot complete the review based on the information provided, or an earlier step (such as email verification) may have been missed or failed.

    Actions to take:

    1. Check for missed email verification
      • Ensure that the primary email address used in the identity validation request received the verification email and that the link was selected within seven days.
      • If the email link expired or was never used within seven days, a new identity validation request must be created. A new link cannot be resent for the same request.
    2. If email validation shows Failed or link expired
      • Create a new identity validation request and ensure the email address:
        • Is not a distribution list.
        • Can receive links from external senders.
    3. If the organization identity validation ultimately fails
      • This means the validation team could not make a determination from the documentation provided, even after any additional documents requested.
      • If all three attempts for additional documentation are exhausted and validation still fails, onboarding to Artifact Signing cannot proceed for that entity. In that case, the recommendation is to delete the Artifact Signing account so that billing does not continue for unused resources.
    4. For assistance without expediting
      • For questions about the status or details of identity validation, contact Azure Support or use Microsoft Q&A with the artifact-signing tag. Identity validation requests themselves cannot be accelerated, but support can clarify what is needed or whether a new request is required.

There is no supported way to speed up or bypass the validation workflow, and support cannot override the outcome if the validation team cannot verify the information.
