She has it on her phone but can’t login on home computer. We can’t locate or remember her password. I believe we share the same msn account but have different emails.

You can find passwords on an iOS device by following the guidance here: https://support.apple.com/104955. You should be able to ask Siri to tell you your password as well.
Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.
Is she using an Android or an iOS phone? What app does she use on the phone to access her mailbox? She should have a password manager on the phone that can show you her password.
On the home computer, the password must be recovered or reset; access on the phone does not let Microsoft reveal the existing password.
Use these steps for the MSN/Outlook.com account:
If none of the verification options are accessible or recognized, use the Sign-in Helper tool mentioned in I can't sign in to my Microsoft account and Reset a forgotten Microsoft account password to be guided to the correct recovery option.
If the email address is not recognized as a Microsoft account, follow How to check if your email address is a Microsoft account to confirm the address and spelling (including domain such as .com or .co.uk). If it still shows messages like "We couldn't find an account with that username" or "That Microsoft account doesn't exist," the account may be closed or not a Microsoft account.
If the username and password have stopped working even after reset attempts, follow My username and password have stopped working and, if necessary, use the Recover your account link there.
Because each email address is its own Microsoft account (even if they appear “shared”), the password reset must be done separately for the specific email she uses to sign in.
