How to create a group chat based on excel input.

I'm looking to create a group chat if names appear in a table for weekend support. This will change weekly. I need it to create the group chat if their name and email appears in the table along with a welcome message.

Based on your sharing, you can achieve this by using combination of Power Automate + Teams + Excel and have it run every week and create a fresh group chat with a welcome message. The Automate flow for example can be like this: read the roster Excel table > filters rows for the current week > creates a Teams group chat > posts a welcome message into the newly created chat.
