    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. The Linkedin Premium Career subscription is part of the student bundle, but it needs a separate redemption step. Sometimes the redemption link can take days to be sent, please make sure to check your inbox and junk folder from time to time. Kindly also visit https://account.microsoft.com/services, sign in your MS Account and check if you will see an option to redeem your Linkedin. If not, please reach the MS Support.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Business Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

The free Microsoft 365 student offer and the LinkedIn Premium offer are handled separately, even if a Microsoft account is linked to LinkedIn.

From the available information, similar education-related offers (such as free Microsoft 365 Education or academic-linked benefits) require successful academic verification and then typically send an automated email with the LinkedIn or other partner offer. In a related case, the issue was that the user did not see the email on one device, but it was visible when checking the same mailbox from another device (for example, checking the same Gmail account on a desktop instead of a phone).

    Based on that:

    1. Sign in to the email account used for the student/academic verification on a desktop browser (not just a mobile mail app).
    2. Search the inbox (and Spam/Junk/Promotions folders) for terms like “LinkedIn”, “Premium”, or “Microsoft 365” around the date the student subscription was activated.
    3. If an academic verification step is still pending or failed, look for any “verify in a different way” or similar option and complete that flow carefully with accurate information, as this has resolved verification issues for other users.
    4. If the LinkedIn Premium offer email still cannot be found and verification is complete, contact support for the specific promotion (Microsoft or LinkedIn, depending on who issued the offer) so they can check eligibility and re‑issue the benefit if applicable.

If the LinkedIn account is incorrectly associated with another email or profile, LinkedIn support can help separate and correct the account before linking it again.
