MSN will not change my payment method

My original debit card used for the last 4-year subscription update has been deleted by the bank . I will be paying my subscription with my IBC card or my wifes BOK card. MSN will not accept either card. Both card are active neither bank is not stopping payment .

The price is not an issue but I have tried on several different days hours at a time and I cannot get your system to allow me to change card numbers.

Please advise a system that will work . I assure you the card number is correct , the bank is not stopping payment and both banks have sufficient funds to process the payment .

Very difficult to try and get thru your maze for payments.

Please advise or I have no other option other than to cancel the subscription.

    Hello Jim Stephens

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see that you are unable to change your payment method

Is there any error message that pop up when you attempted to change your payment method? If yes, then can you show me a screenshot of the error message?

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.

If you need any further assistance, the best thing that I would highly recommend is to reach out to Microsoft support via these steps:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day
