    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. The Linkedin Premium Career subscription is part of the student bundle, but it needs a separate redemption step. Sometimes the redemption link can take days to be sent, please make sure to check your inbox and junk folder from time to time. Kindly also visit https://account.microsoft.com/services, sign in your MS Account and check if you will see an option to redeem your Linkedin. If not, please reach the MS Support.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Business Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

The LinkedIn Premium offer is tied to the Microsoft 365 student promotion and is normally delivered by email to the address used when activating the Microsoft 365 benefit.

From a similar case, the LinkedIn Premium email was successfully sent but did not appear in the mail app on a phone; it only showed up when checking the same mailbox from a desktop browser.

    To proceed:

    1. Sign in to the email account used to activate the Microsoft 365 student offer from a desktop browser (for example, on a PC or Mac), not just a mobile mail app.
    2. Check the Inbox, Promotions/Other tabs, and Junk/Spam folders for any message about a LinkedIn Premium or LinkedIn offer associated with the Microsoft 365 promotion.
    3. If the email is still not found, contact Microsoft 365 Support so an agent can review the promotion status for the account and advise on the LinkedIn Premium entitlement:

If the promotion was correctly applied and the email was sent, it should be discoverable in the mailbox when viewed via a full desktop client or webmail. If not, support is required to investigate and, if applicable, reissue or otherwise resolve the LinkedIn Premium offer.
