Please try switching to a different internet connection. Then open an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, and sign in to your account using the link below:

Send yourself a test email. Did you receive it in your inbox?
If emails are not arriving, check your Blocked senders list and mailbox storage to make sure it isn’t full. Sign in at:
Go to Settings > Accounts > Storage. Expand both Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage. Also, confirm the sender is using the correct email address.
Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and confirm no rule is moving or deleting messages.
Check the Junk, Other, and Archive folders.
