Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft 365 is normally a subscription, not a one-time purchase. So I want to confirm what product you actually have.

Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account you used when activating Office.

    Could you check:

    1. What is the exact product name? Is it Microsoft 365, Office 2021, or another version?
    2. Where did you purchase it? Microsoft Store or a third-party seller?
    3. Are you signing in with the same Microsoft account used when you first activated it?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
