I have been able to send emails but I am not receiving new emails or replies

    Hi! This usually happens due to lack of storage.

    Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage > Log in with your email account > Under Storage, click the blue letter > see if the storage is full.

    • If you use any Outlook Desktop app, try using Outlook Web https://outlook.live.com/mail/
    • If you use an email from a domain other than Microsoft, you should contact the domain's Support.

    Just to ask, have your email been recently hacked? Can you find anything in the Outlook Settings -> Rules? Can you see forwarding turned on in the Outlook app (not available tho on the browser, you need to check the app)?

    Are you sure your storage isn't full (in case it is, most of the time you will find this info at the bottom left)?
