Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Karen Budin,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps:
- Go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Bills & payments > Invoice > Try to pay it once again.
If the issue continues, please contact your bank to confirm whether there are any restrictions or issues with your card, especially if you would like to keep using this card for your billing payments.
- Additional method: Go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Payment methods > Add a payment method > Fill another card information to the pane and save, then pay the bills.
I sincerely hope you understand that the initial steps I suggested may not have completely fixed the issue, as there may still be underlying causes that have not yet been identified. I am here to work closely with you, troubleshoot effectively, and explore every possible solution to ensure the best possible outcome.
