HOW TO RECOVER HACKED AND DELETED ACCOUNT

PLEASE HELP MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT GOT DELETED TODAY. is there any way to recover it? i wasnt the one who deleted it, im pretty sure i was hacked. i got 2 emails this morning, saying a passkey was added, and deleted, and when i tried to play minecraft tonight it said my account didnt exist. please help me

Please take note that a compromised account is a complex scenario and once the email and phone number has been changed to a different one then it is at the point that it is unrecoverable (even if 2FA is enabled) and the forum does not have access to user accounts.
