My email has been hacked!

My email has been hacked and all security has been changed with means I can’t access anything and as far as I can tell there’s not way of contacting anyone in the U.K. from Microsoft that can help me. This is all so frustrating.

Microsoft support policy says no one can help you with support to reset an account, I am afraid.

The tool will ask for your email address or phone number, and either show appropriate self-help, or offer the chance to talk to an agent.
