Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
Dashboard and pathway issues like missing Net New Modules and incorrect pathway assignment cannot be corrected directly in the product by community guidance and require review by the credentials/learning support team.
Use Microsoft Credentials Support to have the account, dashboard metrics, and pathway status reviewed and corrected:
- Go to Microsoft Credentials Support: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
- Sign in with the same account used to complete the modules and hold the certifications.
- Open a support request describing:
- The approximate date the 14 modules were assigned and completed.
- The expected Net New Modules count (~1554) and that it is still blank.
- That the pathway is showing as Influencer instead of Skiller despite 1000+ modules and 2 certifications.
- Provide any screenshots of the dashboard and completion history if requested by support.
If there is any chance multiple Learn profiles or sign-in accounts exist, confirm the correct profile is being used when viewing the dashboard, as profile mismatches can also cause missing progress or credentials.
