Is there any known issue with gpt-5.2 models?

We are getting following error in Foundry playground -

It was working perfectly for us until this morning around 07:00am CET. Nothing changed in our setup/configuration but now we are getting in our API connection for the GPT-5.2 model the following error message:

There was an issue with your request. Please check your inputs and try again

This is very annoying as we had to switch to a fallback solution which is not Azure related.
