I have lost off of my Clipchamp Projects

I changed by Clipchamp subscription last Thursday the 5th March and i still cannot see or have access to my projects.

    Hello John O'Brien,

    Are you using the Clipchamp desktop app or the web version in the browser?

    Are the projects missing completely from the homepage, or do you get a message saying you don’t have access to them?

    Do you see any message in Clipchamp about saving or moving projects to OneDrive? Clipchamp personal projects are now being moved to OneDrive-backed cloud storage.

    Have you try looking on OneDrive? Or OneDrive recycle bin.
