I am told my subscription for 365 expired on 9/3 2026. I paid $128.80 on December 23, 2025 for renewal?

Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then correctly recognised.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your Microsoft 365 subscription is it correct for your recent subscription payment.
