Did you just sign up for Microsoft 365 Basic? If so, it can take up to 48 hours to see the storage upgrade.

You should be able to access it via www.onedrive.com in web browser, use the same username credential for the subscription to access.

Let me know if you have any specific difficulties doing so, as your question is very vague.
