To reschedule the PL-900 exam, use the standard Microsoft Certification reschedule process through the Learn profile and Pearson VUE.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile and sign in.
2. From the avatar menu, select Profile.
3. In the left menu, select Credentials, then choose Certifications.
4. Find the PL-900 exam appointment and select Reschedule.
5. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider’s (Pearson VUE) site to choose a new date and time.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule the exam at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher will be forfeited.
• If the appointment was already missed because of ID issues and not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the fee or voucher may be forfeited and a new registration may be required.
• For any issues or special circumstances (such as ID-related problems at check-in), contact Pearson VUE support or use the Microsoft credentials support options referenced in the documentation.
