PC Manager

Question

Hello. I regularly see positive articles about Microsoft's PC manager. Anytime I have gone to the Store to download the app, there is a message saying the app in not yet available. I am in the US.

Any reason why?

Hi,

It should be available in USA. Let us try installing it using a package manager.

In the Windows search, 

Type cmd, right-click it, and choose Run as Administrator.

Execute this command:

winget install 9PM860492SZD

Press Yes when prompted, and follow the on screen instructions.

PC Manager is not yet available in all locales. Even though articles may discuss it broadly, availability is controlled per region in Microsoft Store, and some regions—including certain users in the US—may still see it as “not yet available” while Microsoft rolls it out.

In the meantime, similar health and performance checks are available through the PC Health Check app and built‑in Windows features:

• PC Health Check can help review Windows Update status, storage, battery, startup apps, and sync/backup options.
• Windows also includes performance and cleanup tools such as Storage Sense and startup app management in Settings.

When PC Manager becomes available for the region and device, the Store listing will allow installation instead of showing the “not yet available” message.
