To access and download proof of the MB-500 certification, use the Microsoft Learn credentials area (the Certification Dashboard has been retired):

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn credentials page for your account: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab.
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used to take the MB-500 exam.
3. In the Credentials tab, locate the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification (this is the certification associated with MB-500).
4. Open the certification, then use the View / Print option in the browser and Save as PDF to keep a local copy. Certificates are no longer provided as direct downloads; they must be viewed/printed and saved as PDF.

If the certification does not appear even though the exam is passed, contact certification support via the Microsoft Learn credentials support channel.
