How to install microsoft 365 without using a password?

When I try to install microsoft 365 it wants me to enter a password but when I use an alternate option to scan my fingerprint it still requires me to insert a password.What can I do?

    Hi, I'm John!

    When installing Microsoft 365, you still need to sign in to your Microsoft account with the account password at least once. The fingerprint option (Windows Hello) only works after you are already signed in. It cannot fully replace the password during the installation or account verification step.

    If you do not remember the password, you will need to reset it here:

    https://account.live.com/password/reset
