What happens when you try to send an email using the list?

When I go to populate a new contact list the new list appears and it shows the number of contacts but not their emails. Also I cannot send email out via contact list. My email account was added using IMAP format and I have manually typed in emails for each person.

2026-03-11T15:07:59.4966667+00:00 Answered question with a question. Contact lists are specific to new Outlook; Classic outlook uses phrase 'group contacts'. At any rate i am using new outlook. When created contact list is sent, it kicks bac and says unable to send, try again later. I may have discovered the problem. I had my own email in the contact list as I used to do with classic outlook. When I remove my email, the list works.
