I have uninstalled Office 2019 from a laptop and installed on a new laptop using my product key. The software now needs activating - but I am told there are too many activations (there are not). I have no numeric activation code - so cannot activate over the internet, and the telephone service simply tells me to use the internet. How can I proceed - I need to talk/chat with someone ?
