I have another account I can't get into

Hello Microsoft! So the account I am using is a backup account just in case something happens with my main account. So right now I am using the <mod: PII removed>@gmail.com account, but I have my main locked which is <mod: PII removed>@gmail.com. I've already tried to reset the password but I can't. Why can't I? Because whenever I get the code from gmail and enters it, it tells me to click on the phone number verification and when I put the last 4 digits, it says like "sorry this isn't working at the moment, please try again later" which I have already and waited for many days. Now why do I need that account? Because I have minecraft on it and paid for it and if you don't trust me the account on that name is --PII REMOVED--. I don't have that account saved because I did a factory reset on my computer recently, so that's why I lost the main account but got my alt back up. Just because I remembered the password to it. So please help me recover it back!

    Hi Zorkie,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.
