    Hello @Daniel Pepper.

Based on your provided information, it appears that you are having an issue with Sway and it is not loading.

I've also received several similar reports recently, indicating that this is affecting multiple users. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, and I truly appreciate your patience as the back-end team has noticed and currently are working on it. If you are the administrator of your organization’s account, please access directly to Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center to report, escalate and address this issue more effectively.

Selecting Report an issue, and completing the short form. The Microsoft back-end team will look at related data and reports from other organizations to see how widespread the issue is, and if it originated with the service. If it did, they will add it as a new incident or advisory on the Service health page, where you can track its resolution. The Reported issues tab will show all issues your tenant has reported from this form and the status.

Apologies for directing you to the relevant development team. As moderators in this community, our access to back-end resources is limited, and reaching out to the specialized team ensures you receive faster and more accurate assistance.

I will update to you once I receive new update from the back-end team.

Thank you very much for your valuable time and your cooperation

Sway relies on an active internet connection and its online layout engine. If Sway is stuck showing a spinning indicator, typical causes are connectivity or service issues.

    Try these steps:

    1. Confirm the device has a stable internet connection (try loading other sites).
    2. Sign out of Sway, close the browser, then sign back in and reopen the Sway.
    3. Try a different browser or an InPrivate/Incognito window to rule out extensions or cached data.
    4. If the issue occurs only with a specific Sway, export it to Word or PDF as a backup, then try creating a new Sway to see if the problem is tied to that file.
    5. If the problem persists across devices and browsers, contact Sway support or ask in the Microsoft 365 community for service-side issues.

    Support options:

    • Use Office support and the Microsoft 365 community for Sway-specific help.
    • If accessibility is a concern, contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk.
